If you choose to use Heja for payments we may collect credit card or additional payment information from you. However, it’s important to note that we do not process any of your payments on our servers, but rather use a third party payment service known as ‘Stripe’. Therefore, any information regarding your payment processing and security must be verified in Stripe’s own Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy. The payment processor, ‘Stripe’, may provide us with unique authentication tokens to make future payments requests more convenient.
Authorities
We can disclose personal data to regulatory authorities or legal advisors in connection with any alleged criminal offence or suspected breach of the Terms of Service or where Heja is under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation.
Transfer of data to a third country
